Terms of Use

Operative version — KrishnaSparsh Technologies for Shri Sandipani Academy

Acceptance

By accessing any page of this platform you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must leave immediately and must not attempt to sign in.

Acceptable use

Credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing, selling or delegating a login is a breach. Automated scraping, load generation, penetration testing and vulnerability scanning are prohibited without prior written permission from KrishnaSparsh Technologies.

Content you enter must be lawful, accurate and free of malicious payloads.

Suspension

KrishnaSparsh Technologies may suspend or permanently ban any account, device or network range at its sole discretion, without notice and without refund, where misuse is suspected.

Unauthorised Access & Enforcement

This platform is private property operated by KrishnaSparsh Technologies for its client Shri Sandipani Academy. Access is restricted to individuals holding a valid, personally issued credential and an explicitly assigned role.

Any attempt to log in without authorisation, to use another person's credentials, to probe, scan, fuzz, brute-force, bypass, disable or reverse-engineer any security control, to intercept or exfiltrate data, to inject code, or to interfere with availability of the service is strictly prohibited.

KrishnaSparsh Technologies and Shri Sandipani Academy each reserve the full and independent authority to initiate civil and criminal proceedings against any accused person or organisation, including but not limited to actions under the Information Technology Act, 2000 (including sections 43, 65, 66, 66C, 66D and 72), the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, and applicable data-protection law.

Liquidated damages, legal costs, forensic-investigation costs and a substantial compensatory sum shall be claimed from the accused even where no actual data loss, financial loss or damage to the system results from the attempt. A mere attempt is itself a complete and actionable breach.

Every access attempt is logged with account identifiers, timestamps, device and network metadata. These logs are retained as evidence and may be handed to law-enforcement agencies, CERT-In and judicial authorities without prior notice to the accused.

Employees, students, parents and contractors are equally bound. Internal misuse of privilege is treated identically to an external intrusion.
